Elwin Askett, of Listowel, at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 12, 2006, in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Bernice (Wenzel) Askett. Dear father of Brian Askett of R.R.1, Atwood, Karen and Mike Moss of Kitchener, and Gary and Lori Askett of Seaforth. Grandfather of Brody, Ainsley, Reilly, Dana, Logan, Rachel, and Colin. Brother of Dolores Doupe of Milverton.
Predeceased by his parents Harvey and Ina (Bennett) Askett, and by his sister Eleanor Swan.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. where the memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Steven Cox officiating.
Following cremation, interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
