Geertje Zyta ~ on Tuesday, January 7, 2014, Mrs. Geertje (Geluk) Zyta of Listowel was in her 100th year.

Wife of the late Hendrik Zyta. Mother of Agnes and Ken Kramp of R.R.2, Arthur, Adriann and Yvonne Zyta of Listowel, Greta Smith of Goderich, Levina and Bob Yule of Listowel, Nella Blake and her friend Jim McLean of Wingham, and John and Karen Zyta of R.R. 1, Atwood.

She will be remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Geerta was predeceased by her son Dirk Zyta, granddaughter Bonnie Blake, great-grandson Zachary Zyta, and son-in-law Harold Orth.

A Family Funeral Service will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Friday, January 10th with Rev. Don McCallum officiating.

Spring interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
