To Ethel and family- was so saddened to hear of your loss. Have many fond memories of "Cooter" playing spoons at H&H summer barbecues when the music was being played. Will miss his funny little chuckles and his mild and friendly demeanour. Don't recall ever hearing him raise his voice much, except at something that was funny. He truly was a dear man and a treasure to those who knew and loved him. He is also part of the history of this community - the "West End Garage" was a community landmark (and meeting place) for many years. Our hearts go out to your family and close friends at this sad and troubling time.
Monette and I wish to extend our condolence for your lost. Cooter sure enjoyed playing the spoons to fiddle tunes, had numerous occasions, when he joined in our jam with his spoons. Good memories
