Obituary for Dorothy Stone

Dorothy  Stone
Dorothy Mae Stone of Listowel, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, in her 82nd year. Dear mother of David Stone of Granisle, BC, and Cindy Stone and Kathleen Barry of Listowel.

Grandmother of Dennis Tannis of Nepean, Dillon Stone and Katie Kloet of Edmonton, AB, Amanda and Tristin Wall of Keephills, AB, Charlotte Stone, and Ben Stone, both of Edmonton, AB, and great-grandmother of Jessica, Joshua, Samantha, Amanda, and Riley. Sister of Geraldean and Tony Carter of Surrey, BC, Betty Lee of Wingham, Ruth Gowing of Listowel, Judy Hickey of Wingham, Jackie Wettlaufer of Kitchener, and Bill and Suzanne Stone of Delta, BC.

Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Lillian (Baker) Stone, sister Mary Johnstone, and brothers-in-law Fred Lee, Milford Gowing, Wayne Johnstone, Emerson Hickey, and Bill Lambert.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Sunday from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Monday, October 3rd at 11:00 a.m.

Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.

Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
