Condolence: Rosalyn, Julie, Danny and extended family, you are in our hearts and prayers at this difficult time. As children (the Solomon family), enjoyed visits to Elmira and later to Listowel to spend time with our Uncle Gerry and Aunt Eileen. We remember the patterns and designs our Mom made in the bottles of bath salts, and her beautiful paintings. We loved Aunt Eileen's cabbage rolls stuffed with rice and bacon. Aunt Eileen loved her children dearly, and she also loved her comrades at the RCL too.

Condolence: We are so sad to hear of Eileens passing she had such a good and generous heart and she was always ready for a good time she loved to have friends over to her home for some of her home made goodies . Eileen you will leave a big void in this world we will miss you but we will never forget you love always
