Jean Lillian (Winger) Eade ~ of Fordwich, at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 15, 2018 in her 87th year.

Jean was the wife of Bruce Eade, and mother of Ruthann and Doug Cober of Gorrie, Julie and Howard Stan of Fordwich, Jan and Sanford Zimmerman of Gorrie, and Linda Eade-Burnett of Fordwich. Predeceased by her daughter Elizabeth 'Liz' Horrigan, and twins Roy and Robert Eade in infancy.

Grandmother of Tracy and Adam Gerich of Brodhagen, Debra Cober and Gavin Hodgins of Wingham, Susanna and Mat Santini of Hamilton, Terrilynn Hoover of Schreiber, Roberta Stan of Fordwich, Jason Burnett of Fordwich, Emily and Michael Seifried of Fordwich, Justin Horrigan of Fordwich, and Megan Horrigan and Josh Kenney of Fordwich.

Great-grandmother of Nicole, Allisa, Dylan, Brandyn, Dakota, Kierra, Alana, Simon, Landry, Alex, Scarlett, Ryan, Michayla, Tyler, Rachael, and Blake.

Great-great-grandmother of Karson, Hazel, Summer, Savannah, and Mason.

Sister of Gerald Winger of Listowel, and sister-in-law of Evelyn Winger of Listowel, Gordon Stickley of Listowel, and Trudy Winger of Palmerston.

Jean was predeceased by her brothers Ray Winger and Clifford Winger, and by sisters Ruth Stickley and Bernice Smith and husband Jacob, and by her sister-in-law Ruth Anne Winger.

Friends may call at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the Brethren In Christ Church, Fordwich on Monday, January 22nd at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Michael Hutchison officiating.


Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Howick Township.
