Ed Hollinger ~ Suddenly at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, Mr. Edwin Clarence Hollinger of Listowel, in his 75th year.

Beloved husband of Nancy (Graff) Hollinger. Dear father of Rob and Sherry Hollinger, and Sherri and Alex Coombs, all of Listowel, Annette Hollinger and Karl Gostick of Barrie, and Chrissy Porter of Listowel. Grandfather of Kyle, Jason, Sarah, Brayden, Justin, Aaron, and Delaney, and great-grandfather of Sophia. Brother of Judy Graff of Wellesley.

Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Eva (Galbraith) Hollinger, brother and sister-in-law Ross and Shirley Hollinger, and brother Carl in infancy.

Ed was an employee at Ideal Supply from 1963 - 2008. He was proud to serve his community, first as a councillor and then as the mayor of Listowel for many years. He will be sadly missed by his friends in the coffee club as well as all of his golfing buddies.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Saturday, February 3rd at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
