Obituary for Wenda Berfelz

Wenda  Berfelz
Wenda Berfelz ~ At Listowel Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, Mrs. Wenda Marie (Gordon) Berfelz of Listowel, in her 74th year.

Beloved wife of Stan Berfelz.

Loving mother of Brad and Lynn Berfelz of Mount Brydges, and Brian and Mel Berfelz of Listowel.

Loving Nan of Ben, Lauren, Molly and Issac. Sister of Gloria and Mike Johnson of Wasaga Beach.

Predeceased by her parents Palma (Struthers) and Frank Gordon, and by her sister Pauline and Jerry Niwa.

Wenda was a strong woman, quick to laugh, and loved spending time with her family and friends. Her passion was nursing. She enjoyed helping others, including being actively involved in her community. Wenda was passionate about landscaping and enjoyed spending time in her garden.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Thursday, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Friday, June 15th at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Don McCallum officaiting.

Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.

Memorial donations to Victoria Hospital, London, (Pulmonary Hypertension Unit), or St. Mary’s Pulmonary Clinic would be appreciated.
