Condolences

Condolence From: Margie Foster
Condolence: I came back to town today and found two messages left informing me of Norma's passing. I am so sad for your loss, again so close in time, to your father's passing. Your Mother was my mentor and hero, as I first began my career in infection control at KW Hospital. We shared a deep respect for our commitment' to our "opposing" institutions, but helped each other without hesitation, over many many years. We travelled to annual conventions together, she being much more experienced in both infection control and as a world traveller, we had many laughs together. She had a sharp sharp wit, sense of humour and was one of the most caring and pragmatic people I ever had to honour to know. Bless you Alyson and Andre, your Mom was a great human being, I can only imagine the multitude of memories you both have to cherish. Take care.

Condolence: Mrs. Nyiri,
I remember coming into your home after we all had our dinners, and Alyson and I would be "studying" together in her bedroom. First, I would walk through the laundry area and wave to you, as you were sitting in front of the t.v. And I believe sewing or knitting. Then, I would check out the leftovers in your kitchen which, thank-you SOOO much, were always delicious. Then, Alyson and I would go into her beautiful cozy bedroom, actually do homework, have Stairway to Heaven on in the background, and smoke cigarettes!! You would sometimes come in, and I would be holding a lit cigarette, beneath a book or under the desk... Bless you. You never said a word. The picture in your obituary is how I remember you. You are in my thoughts. Join Nicholas now, and watch over Alyson and Andre.

Love, Lisa
