We all loved Art more than words can say,
But here are a few words anyway:
We called him uncle or brother,
But he was more to us, too:
Role model, caregiver, friend—
Someone to look up to
Always jovial and joking,
With his great, cheerful laugh,
He looked out for us,
Acting on our behalf
He always did what he said,
And said what he meant;
His is a shining example
Of a Life well-spent.
