Condolences

Condolence From: Dd Cushing
Condolence: Mrs. Broome was a familiar figure of my childhood as I was best friends with her daughter Laurie and she frequently welcomes me into her home after school. I just now heard about her passing and I hope the family will accept my sincere condolences... I always saw her as a very strong woman and I respected her very much for taking on so much responsibility by herself as the head of her household at a time when that was not commonly done bye a woman alone. Even though it's been many decades I have fond memories of visiting, and Mrs Broome's kindness and lessons to me.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Linda's passing. She would come into Giant Tiger and we would chat a bit. I knew Ken and Laurie growing up. Laurie and I worked together at Biway here in Listowel years ago, very soft spoken woman. Ken is such a nice fella. Linda did a good job raising these 2, I told her so. You have our sincere condolences.

Condolence:
Thinking of all of you , our families go away back. Thelma and l became friends when l first moved to Listowel. So l watched Ken & Laurie grow up. Your grandparents found my birth family with the newspaper clippings. Your mom took care of our Lisa when l went back to work. We visited every time we bumped into each other in stores or doctor offices. Caught up with our families. No words will help heal the loss of your Mom or sister. Just remember the good times. Take care all of you. Betty Anne & Terry
