Peter married his love of his life Connie on August 31st of 1975, not long after they had two sons Jamie and Paul. Peter had made many passions in his life that brought him lots of joy and memories along the way.

He was an outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting and fishing. You could often find him in the summer time at the local honey holes in Howick Township fishing.

He was the proud owner of a truck mechanic shop in Gorrie for the last 35 years. He made many relationships along the way with his trucking customers. He also got to work along side his youngest son Paul for the last 15 years.

He was a family man, the best husband, father, and grandpa. Whether he was travelling around with his wife Connie of the last 44 years, going to visit his sons Jamie and Paul and their families or going to watch his grandchildren’s favourite activities, he was always there for his family.

Pete will be remembered by his laugh, smile and genuine personality.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Wednesday, February 20 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Molesworth on Thursday, February 21 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a further celebration of Peter’s life at the Howick Community Centre from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Interment in Molesworth Cemetery.
