Bessie Wettlaufer was Promoted to Glory, on Saturday, March 30, 2019, Mrs. Bessie Mae (Wombwell) Wettlaufer of Listowel, in her 93rd year.

Loving wife of the late Ward (1987).

Mother of Barbara Kitney of Waterloo, Donald and Marie Wettlaufer of Stoney Creek, David and Joan Wettlaufer of Thamesford.

Grandmother of Ray and Barbara Kitney, Leslie and James Kent, Ryan and Jennifer Wettlaufer, Lauren and Ryan Pettinelli, Cordell Wettlaufer, Paul and Sara Wettlaufer, Ben Wettlaufer, Maya Wettlaufer, Emma Wettlaufer, Megan Wettlaufer, Matthew Wettlaufer, Carolyn Wettlaufer and Kirk Black, Miranda Kemp and Jeff Stefina, and Jaron Kemp, and remembered by her great-grandchildren, Ward's family, and her nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her brother Art Wombwell.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Wednesday, April 17th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at Listowel Salvation Army on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Major Bruce Jennings and Major Wendy Johnstone officiating.

Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
