Alex Yaschuk ~ On Friday, August 9, 2019, Alexander Yaschuk of Listowel, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at Victoria Hospital, London, in his 81st year.

Loving husband of Pat (Waghorne) Yaschuk.

Father of Wendy and Dave Courtney of Waterloo, Lori and Mike Harrison of Fergus, and Melanie Scott and Corrie Blancher of London.

Sweet Papa of Joey, Jenny, Jessica, Jillian, Scott, Tina, Nick, Scott, Brayden, Sydney, Deanna, Vanessa, and Ryan, and great-great papa of Destiny, Addilyn, Sierra, A.J., and Allen.

Alex will be severely missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, as well as his sister-in-law Joan and Ken Simmons of Brantford, and aunt Nordene.

Predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Anna (Humeniuk) Yaschuk, brothers George, and John, and sister Mary Matwyko.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Listowel on Wednesday, August 14th at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior.

Memorial donations to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Listowel, or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
