Bernd Richard “Bernie” Meinecke of Listowel passed away at Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Monday, January 6, 2020, in his 79th year.
Loving husband of Monika (Schunemann) Meinecke. Father of Susanne & Bradley Buck of Listowel, Stefan & Alice Meinecke of Bracebridge, and Simon-Bernie & Barbara Meinecke of Gravenhurst, and step-grandfather of Morgan, Christine, and Baby Jack Thompson of Gravenhurst, and Jason Thompson of Toronto. Brother of Eva Walter and family in Germany.
A memorial service will be held at Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
Memorial donations to Fordwich Village Nursing Home Residents Council would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
