I was a bit of a night owl in the seventies between driving taxi for my dad, Gord, and playing music gigs. Both activities would often find me miles away from Listowel until all hours of the night, Knowing that, Dave would always be happy to whip me up a late night pizza when I eventually came rolling through town, even if it was after closing. We'd chat while he cleaned up and prepped for the next day. Great guy. Sad he's gone. My sincere condolences to his family.

On behalf of the Residents, Staff, and Management of Fordwich Village Nursing Home, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of David. He enjoyed going outside on nice weather days to sit on the patio and chat with his friends and the staff. David will be greatly missed by his "family" at Fordwich.

So sorry to hear about Dave's passing. He had been our neighbour for many years living up the street and always had a cheery hello. Our thoughts are with all of the Campbell family as you mourn your loss. With sincere sympathy.
