Dean Edward Fischer passed away peacefully at home in Listowel surrounded by the love of his family on Monday, November 29, 2021, in his 55th year.

Cherished husband of Jo-Ann (Konings) Fischer.

Proud father of Derek Fischer, and Hailie Fischer and her special friend Wilber Morales.

Son of Ken & Marilyn (Ross) Fischer, and son-in-law of Elma Konings, all of Listowel.

Brother of Margaret Hansen of Stratford, Jamie & Dorine Fischer of Waterloo, and Kendra & Steve van Veen of Cranbrook, and special uncle of Christopher and Alicia.

Also sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Predeceased by his father-in-law Adrian "Curly" Konings.

Dean will be remembered for his great sense of humour, compassion, patience and kindness. He was a loving and supportive husband and Dad. His personality was infectious and always left a heartwarming impression with everyone.

Dean loved sports, camping, fishing, and being with friends and family. He loved nothing more than being on a ball field or in a hockey arena. If he wasn't playing the game, he would be coaching, watching or supportively cheering from the sidelines.

Dean was the most wonderful Son, Friend, Husband, Son-in-law and Father. All of us have been so blessed and lucky to have him in our lives. Till we meet again My Love.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Please RSVP to attend by following the link below, wear a mask, and respect distancing.

A private family funeral service will be held at Between The Lines Sports Campus, Listowel, on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The service will be live-streamed.
