Obituary for Don Shannon
Donald Albert Shannon of Hanover, and formerly of Listowel, passed away at Hanover Hospital on Sunday, July 10, 2022 in his 77th year.
Beloved husband of Linda. Father of Matthew (Rhonda) Shannon of Owen Sound, Coranna Horton of Listowel, and Drew Shannon of Cambridge. Proud grandfather of Kayden, Lucas, Jacob and Jayve Horton, and Grady and Rylan Shannon.
Brother of Robert (Nancy) Shannon, and Anna (Reinhold) Schmidt, and brother-in-law of Harvey (Margaret) Wallace, and Bruce (Peggy) Wallace.
Predeceased by his parents Wilmer & Annabelle (McQueen) Shannon, brother Howard, and parents-in-law A.W. (Bud) & Ethel Wallace.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. A private family funeral service will follow with Rev. Doug Kaufman officiating.
