Doug Beirnes ~ Suddenly at home, on Monday, January 27, 2020, Douglas James Beirnes of Gowanstown, in his 53rd year.
Father of Dylan Beirnes and Dayna Beirnes, and remembered by their mother Darlene.
Son of Jim and June (Whitehead) Beirnes of Listowel.
Grandson of Virginia ‘Birdie’ Whitehead of Harriston.
Brother of Patricia and Steve Seiler of Palmerston, and uncle of Jessica and Kaitlyn.
Doug will be remembered by his many friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Predeceased by his grandparents Clifford and Margaret (Beisel) Beirnes, and Earl Whitehead.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, Listowel on Friday, January 31st at 11:00 a.m. Brian Hymers officiating.
Spring interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
Memorial donations to the Listowel Agricultural Society or Listowel Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
