Grandmother of Jordan & Ashley Carter, Brandon Carter & Rachel Kinzel, Natalie Carter & Dan Bye, Jessica Carter & Jamie Wong, Taylor Carter, Tiffany & Matt Strong, Wayde Hodder & Katherine Walker, Meagan Garant & Jake Hall, and Justin Garant, and great-grandmother of Brooklyn Bye, Zachary Bye, Jackson Strong, and Cooper Strong.

Sister of Bernice & Neil Cockwell of Listowel, and Shirley Kornacker of Waterloo, and sister-in-law of Richard & Shirley Carter of Listowel, and Ted Carter of Leduc, Alberta.

Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Nellie (McConnell) Bell, and brothers-in-law Adam Kornacker, and Dennis Carter.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Friday, November 15th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow at Trinity United Church, Listowel.

Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
