Our sincerest condolences to the family of John Blok - we remember him as a strong, determined man, always ready to talk and smile. We have known John for many years. Our memory that we would like to share is when Sylvia was so sick in 1999 / 2000 and he would help her come to our house and work with her because she wasn't strong enough. That impressed us very much and i will never forget how he helped her in her final days. RIP John.

To John's family, We are saddened to hear of John's passing. John and Sylvia were very dear neighbors and friends. When ever we were doing an outside project, John would always come over to see what we were doing and entertain us with his jokes and teasing and larger than life laugh. May he rest in peace and may your many memories of him comfort you in the days to come. He will be missed by many! Gary and Brenda Grain
