William Keith Grice of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in his 57th year.

Husband of Debbie (Ham) Aylward. Father of Cory Grice & Breanna Gagne, and Tegan Grice, stepfather of Ashley & Jordan Carter, and Taylor Aylward & Cole Fletcher, and grandfather of Bentley, Brinley, and Shep.

Brother of Linda & Leonard Norris, Judy & Bill Simmermaker, and Joanne & Terry Pines.

Predeceased by his parents Bill & Ange (Fasullo) Grice.

Keith was very sociable. He loved driving truck, where he was able to travel all across Canada. He also enjoyed going to Nascar races, camping in the summer, and snowmobiling in the winter.

A special thank you to Dr. Ian Cameron and the nursing staff at Listowel Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Masks are not required, however if you are feeling ill, please do not attend.

Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital Foundation or Brain Tumor Foundation would be appreciated.
