Rest in Peace Uncle Ken. We were so very sorry to hear of his passing and that we were away and not able to attend the funeral. Uncle Ken was a kind, gentle & wise man. Many happy memories of spending time on the farm. He always had a soft spot for my mom ( his sister Shirley) and always looked out for her. Remembering him with fond thoughts.

I was fortunate to get to know Ken through bringing Holy Communion to him. He was one of my favourites to visit with. He was always so kind. Ken sported a huge smile-always. He loved to talk about his farming days, his two loves of his life and his relatives from Guelph who came often to visit. He was truly a delightful man. He sure will be missed. May his soul Rest In Peace.
In sympathy,
Terri-Lynn Van Herk

Deepest Condolences to you all. I was so sorry to hear that Ken passed away. I always looked forward to seeing him at Country Meadows when I would go to visit my Aunt Helen. He was such a cheerful man with a twinkle in his eye. He loved to chat and I have fond memories of those special moments spent visiting.

Thank you Patti for taking the time to share your thoughts about Ken, he did tell us about his visits with your aunt and that they would often walk with their walkers up and down the halls of Country Meadows. She was so sweet to share time with us as we visited with him and to share her stories with us as well.
