Lydia (Werner) Kunz of Listowel, went home to be with her Lord and Saviour, on Friday, February 5, 2021, in her 94th year.
Beloved wife of Guenther Kunz. Mother of Dieter & Karen Kunz of London, Walter & Cathy Kunz of Carthage, and Alfred & Nancy Kunz of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Grandmother of Tim & Kelsey Kunz, Steven Kunz, and Caitlin Kunz.
Remembered by her nieces and nephews, Jerry & Fran Ameis of Winnipeg, Elli & Tom Thompson of Sherwood Park, AB., Harry & Carolyn Kube, and Marilyn & Frank Meyers, all of Winnipeg, and by their families, and by several family members in Germany.
Predeceased by her parents Rudolf & Emma (Kant) Werner, her parents-in-law Willi & Gertrude (Fritz) Kunz, and by her siblings Valentine Guentzel and husband Herbert, Reinhold Werner, and Elli Hul and husband Nick.
A private family service will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Thursday, February 11th with spring interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
Memorial donations to Listowel Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
