Obituary for Rick Lashbrook
Richard ‘Rick’ Dale Lashbrook of Gorrie passed away at Palmerston Hospital on Sunday, March 14, 2021, in his 65th year.
Husband of Roxanne (St. Denis) Lashbrook. Father of Shannon Lashbrook & Neal Carriere of Mount Forest, Sean & Raquel Lashbrook of Bonnyville, AB, and Ken Lashbrook & Tiffany Adams of Palmerston. Grandfather of Seth, Bodhi, Ryder, Katelynn, Sam, Abbi, Nate, and Sophie.
Son of Ross & Irene (Redman) Lashbrook of Sarnia, and brother of Dianne & Bill Bissonnette of Arkona, and Kevin & Christina Lashbrook of Elmira.
Rick was a loving husband, devoted father, and a great friend too many. Have an egg question, ask Rick. 50 plus years in the Egg Business and never owned a chicken. He has seen this business grow and change over the years from picking up the eggs as a young lad with his father to the now technical and fully automated world it has become.
We lay to rest a humorous never a glass half empty gentleman. You will always be in our hearts and we will miss you til we meet again in Eternity. RIP my Love!
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Friday, March 19, 2021 from 12:00 until 1:30 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors must schedule a time to attend by clicking RSVP (below), or by calling 519-291-4840. Everyone attending must wear a mask.
A private family funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Pastor John Finochio officiating. Please do not attend. Instead, the service will be live-streamed and we ask you to watch safely from your home.
