Violet George ~ At Caressant Care, Listowel, on Sunday, July 7, 2019, Mrs. Emma Violet (Orth) George of Listowel, in her 99th year.
Mother of Faye George of Calgary, Alberta. Grandmother of Joni Brodziak and husband Glen of St. Paul, Alberta, and Beau Delongchamp and wife Margaret of Columbus, Ohio, and great-grandmother of Reagan and Taylor.
Sister of Beulah Geisel of Vancouver, and loved also by her church family and friends.
Violet was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Katherine (Kaufman) Orth, sisters Nora Johnston, Edna Elgie, and Nelda Schade, and by her daughter Linda George.
The family service will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kurtzville, on Friday, July 12, 2019, with interment in adjoining cemetery.
Memorial donations to Caressant Care Residents’ Council would be appreciated.
