At Listowel Memorial Hospital on Monday, August 21, 2006, Mrs. Lorraine Mildred (Wismer) Johnson of Listowel, in her 86th year. Wife of the late G. Earl Johnson. Mother of Lyle and Bernice Johnson of Listowel, Lowell and Joyce Johnson of Tara, Robert and Glenys Johnson of Chesley, Elizabeth and Floyd Herman of Goderich, and Michael and Gloria Johnson of Orangeville. Also loved by 15 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren. Sister of Crawford and Velma Wismer of Owen Sound.
Predeceased by her parents Irvin and M. Edith (Crawford) Wismer, and by her great-granddaughter Jenna Lynn McCracken.
Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Christ Anglican Church, Listowel on Friday, August 25th at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Ralph Dwarika officiating.
Pallbearers for Mrs. Johnson are her grandsons Jeff, Rick, David, Kurtis, Noel, Robin, and Jarrett Johnson. Flowerbearers are her granddaughters Melissa Askin, Laura and Carly Herman, and Amy Johnson.
Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
