Lucille played a big role in advancing my interest in music. She was a good player and teacher and even though I didn’t continue with learning to play well, I did appreciate the exposure and being taught by someone so talented and fun to be with.
Love to all the family from Aunt Linda and Uncle Andy.

Dear family members...
Sad to read that you've lost the centre of your family.
Lucille and I were besties way back in Harriston when I first relocated there in the spring of 1950. She befriended me, as did her mom and dad and young Richard. I recall driving to Guelph to purchase shoes for her - she had very narrow feet - hard to find those shoes in a small town!
I went along on one big trip with them to Manitoulin Island and on our way back to Harriston, stopped in Orillia where Mrs Chadwick (never called her Mary) deep fried a catfish by the lake....first time I had ever seen a catfish, let alone eat one!
Lucille and I had many adventures and spent a lot of time in Bates Restaurant...she was lots of fun - we lost touch when I moved away.
Your memories and photos will provide lasting memories
