Message: I had the privilege of knowning Velma from the time I came to the HPCAS 27 years ago...Velma and Tom welcomed me into their home and their hearts when I was a very green, young worker and they showed me the ropes...they were a "backbone" foster home...they cared for kids and many, many of those kids considered them their family. It is hard to imagine a world without Velma Morphy in it...but I know that she is reunited with her beloved Tom,her other family members that have gone before her...and I know that she is taking care of all those in heaven that need a helping hand...she is at peace, with no more suffering, no more pain...thank you Velma for the privilege of knowing you..God Bless you and God Bless your family....with love
